Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pak99 platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the pak99 website accessible at pak99.app, including all sub-pages, games, sportsbook, payment functions, and account management features.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the pak99 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user account created through the pak99 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the user and held in the user's pak99 account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free bet amounts, or bonus funds granted by pak99 subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pak99's international gaming license compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified per individual promotion.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak99 Platform, completing the registration process, or making any deposit or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the pak99 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access it.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside pak99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pak99. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pak99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the pak99 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pak99 enforces a strict 21+ age policy in accordance with its international gaming license requirements.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register a user account.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of pak99 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or have been previously banned from pak99 for any reason.

pak99 is required under its international gaming license to verify the age and identity of all users prior to processing any withdrawal. Age verification is conducted through review of valid government-issued identification documents, including Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other internationally recognised photo identification.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one active pak99 Account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. pak99 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

• You must provide a valid email address that you own and have access to.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment method(s) used to fund your account and the identity documents submitted for KYC.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to pak99 support promptly.
• pak99 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

pak99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak99 support immediately.

pak99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. pak99 reserves the right to lock an account suspected of unauthorised access pending an investigation.

Deposits & Payments

pak99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Bank transfer, UBL Bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be available and will be displayed at the cashier at time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit originates from a payment account not registered to the verified account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned. Deposits received from unverified third-party sources may be frozen pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted by pak99 at any time.
• pak99 does not charge a deposit fee on its side, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits.
• pak99 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits in accordance with its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions. All conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed by pak99:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification. pak99 will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance (excluding any Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements).
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods registered in the verified account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the cashier. pak99 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
• pak99 targets processing all verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

pak99 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification procedures where required by its AML obligations or where irregular account activity has been identified. Users will be notified of any such delay and provided with the documentation requirements to resolve it.

Bonuses & Promotions

pak99 offers various bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and loyalty rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook), and expiry period will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Withdrawing Real Money Balance before wagering requirements are complete will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• pak99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings generated from bonus play are capped as specified in individual promotion terms. Where no cap is stated, a maximum withdrawal limit of PKR 50,000 applies to bonus-derived winnings unless pak99 specifies otherwise in writing.

Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the pak99 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, and specialty games such as Monster Plinko — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to individual game rules.

All games on pak99 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG. pak99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, pak99 will attempt to resolve the round using server-side game logs. Where a game round cannot be determined, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed during a known system malfunction may be voided at pak99's discretion.
• Game currency is denominated in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• pak99 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title in its library at any time without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

The pak99 sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, and other international sports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the pak99 Platform. Sport-specific rules are available within the sportsbook section.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation and pak99 accepts no liability for odds displayed due to technical error.
• Bets are void if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours, or abandoned before the relevant markets are settled, unless individual market rules state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and may be suspended or rejected at pak99's discretion at any time.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per day as displayed in the sportsbook. pak99 reserves the right to limit the stakes of any account at its sole discretion.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in placing bets will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak99 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or using pak99 to process funds from illegal sources.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies or matched betting designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the pak99 Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pak99 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, user interface design, and data — is the property of pak99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No other rights are granted. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any pak99 content without express prior written authorisation from pak99.

Privacy & Data

pak99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the pak99 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operation (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game suppliers), for compliance with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

Responsible Gaming

pak99 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. As a condition of its international gaming license, pak99 is required to maintain and actively promote responsible gaming tools and resources for all account holders.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak99 users from within their account settings after pak99 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a defined period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pak99 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Account Suspension & Closure

pak99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Chargebacks initiated against pak99 by the user's payment provider.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pak99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity, it will be forfeited in full. Balances determined to be legitimately held will be returned to the verified account holder following the completion of the investigation.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting pak99 support. Account closure requests from verified users with a clean account history will be processed within 5 business days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak99's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pak99 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
• Loss of or damage to data, devices, or software arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime, whether scheduled or otherwise.
• Losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pak99's liability for death or personal injury caused by pak99's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the pak99 Platform, please follow the process below before escalating to any external body:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to pak99 support by email at [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. pak99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: pak99 will conduct a full internal review of your complaint and provide a written response within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with pak99's internal resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant body under pak99's international gaming license. Details of the applicable dispute resolution authority will be provided in pak99's written response.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pak99's international gaming license jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

Amendments to These Terms

pak99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pak99 will notify registered users by email or prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may be made without advance notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the document was last updated. Continued use of the pak99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
